As a key member of our Scale-Up department, you will be responsible for supervising the engineering and design of plant utility systems, ensuring quality and HSE requirements are met, and coordinating with suppliers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise the engineering and design of plant utility systems
* Ensure quality and HSE requirements are met
* Coordinate with suppliers and partners
* Support plant design and construction reviews
* Perform field engineering during construction works

**Requirements:**

* 3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or facility management
* Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Chemical industry experience, especially handling hazardous gases and liquids
* Basic understanding of European or German codes and standards for plant utility systems
* English skills required, German a strong benefit
* Proficient technical report writing skills
* Ability to learn and develop new skills
