About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer - New Installation to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical installation, as well as the commissioning of our new installations/elevator installations in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate your day independently
  • Organize and execute all installation phases from material receipt to handover of the completed installation to the customer
  • Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship or vocational training in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics)
  • Alternatively, we welcome applications from individuals with several years of experience in a technical field
  • Hold a valid driver's license (class B) and have a certain level of mobility
  • Basic knowledge of German in writing and speaking (for your safety)
