Hardware Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our cross-functional product development team at Fluke Reliability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining our Alignment and Vibration product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and safety tests of new or existing products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Create test plans and cases for type testing (electrical and mechanical) according to product requirements and project schedules.
- Collaborate with software, electronic, and mechanical engineers to ensure that products meet key validation criteria of completeness and testability.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement robust automated verification systems for each assigned product to ensure high test coverage.
- Work closely with IT, product management, engineering, and other impacted departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- 3-5 years' experience as a professional tester or developer, preferably with electronic measurement devices.
- Understanding of microprocessor-controlled digital and analog electronics troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of verification and validation processes, test strategies, and requirements management.
- Programming skills for test automation, with hands-on experience with Python or other languages.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, computer science engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with continuous integration principles.
- Knowledge of optical and mechanical vibration measurement testing.
- Ability to learn new programming concepts, languages, and best practices.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and use good judgment and decision-making skills.
