Join Our Team as a Global Process Lead - SAP CO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Process Lead - SAP CO to join our team at Freudenberg Performance Materials Holding GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving standardized processes in SAP CO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standardized processes in SAP CO, focusing on monthly financial closing, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Work closely with the SAP IT Team to standardize structures, including Profit Center Account Hierarchies, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers in SAP CO.
  • Act as a consultant and trainer, enhancing the knowledge of global users in SAP CO and supporting key users worldwide.
  • Design and create dashboard report stories in SAP Analytics Cloud, supporting management with insightful financial reporting.
  • Continuously increase the level of automation in reporting and planning processes.
  • Play an active role in the company's transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring that controlling and reporting processes are standardized and harmonized effectively.
Requirements:
  • Academic background in Finance & Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, or IT, with a solid understanding of SAP CO.
  • Proven experience in SAP CO, either through consulting or supporting SAP CO modules.
  • Hands-on experience with monthly financial closing processes in SAP CO.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or willingness to learn how to create dashboard report stories.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative team player with a self-reliant working style, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
