Job Title: SAP Principal

Syntax Systems is seeking an experienced SAP Principal to join our team. As a key member of our SAP consulting practice, you will be responsible for leading and implementing SAP implementation projects and process implementations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects and process implementations
  • Advise global finance and controlling departments on SAP architecture and usage
  • Conceive, design, and implement business solutions based on SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA
  • Develop and maintain the S/4HANA on premise and cloud portfolio
  • Coach and develop our consulting team
  • Support in presales, including coordination, solution creation, and offer support
  • Support customers in their digital transformation to S/4HANA
  • Carry out S/4HANA and process assessments in respective focus areas
  • Harmonize, optimize, and standardize processes
Your Profile:
  • Sound experience in SAP consulting in the area of controlling
  • Knowledge and experience in designing financial processes in management accounting
  • Knowledge of processes in adjacent areas of logistics, supply chain, and production with their impact on value and data flows
  • Experience in application architecture in different project sizes
  • Desirable technological know-how, FIORI knowledge, and SAP best practices
  • Experience in (partial) project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
