Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Geschäftsstrategien spielen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Die Unterstützung und Vertretung deines Store Managers
- Die Repräsentation unserer Premium Lifestyle Marke als Markenbotschafter
- Motivation deines Teams sowie die Nachwuchsförderung
- Onboarding und die Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Die Sicherstellung und der Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben
- Der Umgang mit unseren Omni-Channel Systemen
- Die Betreuung und der Aufbau von Stamm- und Neukunden
- Die Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenmanagements sowie einer aktiven Flächensteuerung
- Der Austausch mit Fachabteilungen wie Retail Operations, Retail Buying und Visual Merchandising
