Collection Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Collection Strategist to lead our efforts in fine asset management, ensuring efficient data collection, process evaluation, and financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection Oversight: Manage the end-to-end fine collection process, focusing on data collection, process improvement, and financial efficiency.
  • Owner Data: Develop workflows to retrieve car owner data efficiently, adhering to EU regulations and data protection laws.
  • Payment Adaptation: Understand and adapt processes to accommodate international payment patterns.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Improvements: Develop and refine processes to streamline all operational collection activities.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Background: Proven experience in collections, analytics, or a related field.
  • Analytical: Strong critical thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Data-Driven: Demonstrated ability to implement process-specific KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
