About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Administrator to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes
- Register and sign in visitors, ensuring they are aware of our security procedures
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Implement security briefings for visitors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Customer-focused behavior
- Experience in customer service or reception work is desirable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours in two shifts (morning and afternoon)
