Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager - Premium Clients to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth to the business by managing the premium clients of Everphone GmbH. You will have the opportunity to work with a young team of highly skilled professionals who will grow with you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute rollout projects for premium clients
  • Manage the development of implementation strategies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consult with clients on ideal rollout project plans and provide an understanding of our products
  • Act as the first point of contact for premium clients regarding onboarding and guide them through the process
  • Optimize processes regarding order management for premium clients
  • Detect significant pain points in internal and external processes and develop suitable solutions
  • Plan and manage strategic projects for national market expansion
  • Translate customer needs into new product development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial work experience in B2B, consulting, or a similar field
  • Strong written and verbal German and English skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
