International Tax Manager

We are a dynamic scale-up revolutionizing road freight logistics with cutting-edge technology. As an International Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead tax analysis for high-priority projects, including VAT, transfer pricing, WHT, and tax risk management & controls
  • Oversee material tax risks and topics in local sennder entities
  • Manage corporate income tax compliance, including process improvements
  • Coordinate global transfer pricing transactions and documentation
  • Contribute to automation efforts for corporate income tax and transfer pricing
  • Support interdepartmental and cross-border cooperation and data sharing
  • Assist in income tax audits and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of international tax experience, including Big 4 and/or in-house experience, with VAT or M&A as a strong point
  • Education in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, with specific tax qualifications a plus
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
  • Team player with high motivation to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Experience collaborating with team members across geographies and stakeholders in commercial, financial, and legal functions
