Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Global SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead our transformation project. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our SAP S/4 HANA environment, driving standardization of processes across business units, regions, and countries, and defining value propositions and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform our current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape into a S/4 HANA environment, ensuring timely delivery with agreed scope, quality, and budget.
  • Ensure internal and external resources are available and support cross-functional alignments.
  • Define value propositions and collect and prioritize business requirements.
  • Drive standardization of processes across business units, regions, and countries.
  • Map business requirements and technological opportunities.
  • Define focus fields to prepare for project execution and design overall transformation path, performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Functionally lead an international project team and report directly to the Head of the Global SAP Competence Center.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree and several years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Project Manager/Team Lead with SAP configuration background, ideally in Chemicals/Process Industries.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP (SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA) and ability to create outcome-based solutions.
  • Affinity to agile working methods, such as Kanban and Scrum.
  • Ability to think and act in operational, tactical, and strategic terms, with an entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills in English, with willingness to travel approximately 20%.
