About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead our transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our SAP S/4 HANA system landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to transform our current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape into a S/4 HANA environment.
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the project.
  • Define and prioritize business requirements and ensure that they are aligned with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Drive the standardization of processes across business units, regions, and countries.
  • Develop and implement a risk management plan to minimize project risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree and several years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Project Manager/Team Lead with SAP configuration background, preferably in the Chemicals/Process Industries sector.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP (SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA) and ability to create outcome-based solutions.
  • Experience with agile working methods, such as Kanban and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills in English, with the ability to travel approximately 20%.
