Your Role
As an IT Business Partner FICO, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements, developing creative and innovative IT solutions, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the compliance of SAP FI/CO processes and Finance process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop global solutions and architectures to increase automation, such as RPA or workflow automation.
- Ensure the compliance of SAP FI/CO processes with defined templates and Finance process excellence using Celonis as a process mining tool.
- Lead global project activities in an agile working mode in the area of Finance and Controlling.
- Coordinate with the execution team to prioritize and implement new digital demands.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor of Science degree, Master or MBA degree preferred.
- 7+ years of work experience as a Senior Consultant with Finance and Controlling background.
- Profound knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules in a SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 Hana environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German a plus.
- Project management experience in a global environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
