About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at neomovie, a leading explainer video agency in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions
  • Provide sales support to the business development team, including data analysis and market research
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German language
