Job Title: People Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at DAZN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class support to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, supplemental agreements, and employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the monthly payroll process, collaborating with our external payroll provider and internal payroll team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for employees throughout their tenure with us.
  • Drive HR projects forward, organizing internal employee events and optimizing processes to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Initial experience working in HR or a comparable role, with a strong understanding of German employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and establish trust with employees.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
