Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Japanese subsidiary and drive market expansion and sales growth. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Japanese market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide technical consulting and support to customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the machine tool industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
