We are at the forefront of the energy transformation within the Home Solutions Business Segment, where we craft comprehensive energy solutions tailored for residential needs. Through our innovative SMA Energy System, we empower our clients to harness solar energy effectively, enabling them to optimize the use of generated solar power throughout their homes. This includes supplying household devices with solar energy, facilitating climate-neutral electric vehicle charging, and managing heating systems in a cost-efficient manner—all seamlessly automated with 100% renewable energy sourced from rooftops.

Your role in shaping the future

  • As the Inbound Partner Manager, you will oversee the sustainable and comprehensive management of the Business Segment's global inbound partnerships, including financial oversight.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass managing all facets of inbound partnerships with key suppliers within the Business Segment's solution portfolio.
  • You will independently conduct framework and contract negotiations, diligently monitoring contractual commitments to ensure alignment with the Business Segment's objectives.
  • Additionally, you will focus on enhancing inbound partnership satisfaction and fostering loyalty among partners.
  • Your role will also involve implementing strategic decisions regarding inbound partnerships while considering the P&L responsibilities of the Business Segment.

Your expertise is essential

  • Proven experience in managing significant key accounts from the supplier's perspective.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global PV Home key markets (EU, USA, Australia) along with extensive experience in components (e.g., inverters) and system environments (e.g., energy management solutions and batteries).
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with advanced negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in relationship management.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
