Android Software Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Android Software Engineer to join our cross-functional agile Android Mobile Development team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new functionalities for our Android apps, which are used by over 13 million users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android apps using Kotlin and the latest technologies.
- Contribute to technical decisions and process improvements within the team.
- Own the app architecture and ensure our apps are up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Provide and accept meaningful feedback through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with the product team to enrich our products with new ideas and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in native Android software development.
- Solid knowledge of software design and architecture principles, Kotlin, and the Android specific tech stack.
- Great theoretical and practical knowledge in Unit and Integration Tests, Continuous Integration, and Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with REST-APIs.
- Good communication skills and a desire to work in a multinational cross-functional Scrum team.
