Job Overview

PSA BDP International, a leading provider of globally integrated and port-centric supply chain, transportation, and logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator Customs Brokerage to join our Frankfurt office.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Customs entries comply with all laws and AEO requirements.
  • Resolve Customs-related issues and develop relationships with local Customs authorities.
  • Lead improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance Customs compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform data integrity checks and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support local onboarding of new business or new agreed processes.
  • Create, maintain, and validate client work instructions and SOP documents.
  • Ensure all KPIs meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Periodically review and improve process flow and document process flow.
  • Ensure billing is accurate and timely.
  • Monitor that all required data is updated on internal or client systems.
  • Produce reports as required by clients and/or internal team.

Your Profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the field of customs or equivalent and additional qualifications in supply chain management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs.
  • Knowledge and experience of freight forwarding operations.
  • Working knowledge of the operations procedure in the country.
  • Knowledge of the system "CM ZABIS - BluJay/e2Open".
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Fluent in German and English.
