About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our team at Intersnack. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining group-wide harmonized supply chain planning standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain planning processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Lead capability building initiatives to develop and maintain group-wide supply chain planning expertise.
  • Optimize and promote end-to-end supply chain alignment and collaboration.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, with emphasis on planning roles in a manufacturing environment for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Experience in managing materials planning process and operations supported by modern IT systems (ERP/MRP, APS).
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization.
