- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with senior colleagues to standardize shift procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, business administration, or a related field).
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a logistics or related field, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including colleagues, executives, and customers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
- Language Skills: Advanced English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean and Six Sigma Certification: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Logistics Background: Experience in logistics, with a deep understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
