Key Responsibilities:
  • Support M&A acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects for Siemens
  • Assist in the preparation and transaction phase of M&A projects, including key document preparation, financial modeling, and valuation, Due Diligence
  • Contribute to the M&A team with department-specific topics, such as digitalization within the M&A process and reporting
Requirements:
  • Enrolled Bachelor or Master student with excellent academic performance record in accounting, business, or finance
  • Practical experience with an Investment bank, M&A Advisor, Private Equity, or finance-related functions is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Goal-oriented, ready for action, able to work in a team, and excellent communication skills
