About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Mergers and Acquisitions Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on complex, cross-border M&A transactions from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain an M&A funnel, also known as a deal flow.
  • Design and develop financial and valuation models to support our M&A activities.
  • Support the team in commercial and financial due diligence processes.
  • Conduct market and company analyses to inform our M&A strategy.
Requirements
  • Currently studying Business Administration or Economics, with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting.
  • Previous experience in M&A or corporate finance, ideally through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as strong team spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as a good understanding of common sense.
  • Proficient in English, with other languages being a plus.

Adragos Pharma GmbH was founded in 2020 with the goal of becoming a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the Small Molecule space. We are pursuing an ambitious Buy&Build growth strategy, with plans to acquire and integrate pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America over the next three to five years.

We are committed to playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally, and we believe that our importance will only continue to grow due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems.

Since our founding, we have grown from three to over 700 people, and we have partnered with Scandinavian PE, FSN Capital, and a leading German Family Office, Prange Group. We have acquired five production and development sites in Germany, France, Greece, Norway, and Japan, and we are excited to continue our dynamic growth.
