About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including M&A acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects for Siemens AG.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and transaction phase of M&A projects, including the preparation of key documents, financial modeling, and valuation.
  • Assist the M&A team with department-specific topics, such as digitalization within the M&A process and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Enrolled Bachelor or Master student with excellent academic performance record in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Practical experience with an investment bank, M&A advisor, private equity, or finance-related functions is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Goal-oriented, ready for action, able to work in a team, and possess good communication skills.
