Commercial Project Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Architect to join our team at NTT Germany AG & Co. KG. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of various projects, including contract negotiation, project and price calculation, risk assessment, and bid management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including contract negotiation and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or project management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
