About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our CFO Office as a Founders Associate. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic development of our Finance Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively supporting the CFO in preparing the next fundraising round, from pitch to contract finalization.
  • Providing conceptual support in the further development of our controlling and management system.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc controlling and financial analyses.
  • Assisting colleagues with daily tasks and gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in economics or a comparable field with outstanding results.
  • Initial professional experience in a consultancy, auditing, or finance sector.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a good command of MS Office applications.
  • A technical affinity and strong analytical skills.
