About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our CFO Office as a Founders Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development of our Finance Department.

  • You will provide proactive support in preparing our next fundraising round, from pitch to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with our CFO to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Contribute to the further development of our controlling and management system.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Support your colleagues in their daily tasks.
About You
  • You hold a degree in economics or a related field, with a strong background in finance.
  • You have initial professional experience in a consultancy, auditing, or finance sector.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with a good command of MS Office applications.
  • You enjoy working with data, facts, and figures.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a technical affinity.
