Strategic Development Associate

EverSky Software Group PLC is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Strategic Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our stealth startup fund, focusing on acquiring and scaling profitable, high-quality tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of various strategic projects, including recruiting, acquisition, and fundraising.
  • Develop financial models with the support of our specialists.
  • Perform research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, and other relevant areas.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving.
  • Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Passion for private equity and M&A is required.
  • Strong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • High fluency in Microsoft Office.
  • Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus.
  • Experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc. is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Positive, structured, and driven young leader.
  • Studied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field.
  • High fluency in English & German is required.
  • Based in Berlin preferred, but remote work is possible.
  • Ability to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student position.
