Was erwartet dich?
  • Als Commercial Project Manager wirst du für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kommerziellen Konzepten in der Angebots- und Abwicklungsphase verantwortlich sein.
  • Du wirst enger Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Stabsstellen (insbesondere mit Legal, Procurement, Finance) betreiben.
  • Du wirst den kommerziellen Ausführungsplan aktualisieren, umsetzen und pflegen.
  • Du wirst den Lessons Learned Prozess in Bezug zu Vertrag, Rentabilität und Liquidität unterstützen.
  • Du wirst die KPIs definieren und sicherstellen, dass die kommerziellen Projektziele umgesetzt, überwacht und eingehalten werden.
  • Du wirst das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement managen und stetig optimieren.
  • Du wirst die fristgemäße Rechnungslegung und den Inkasso beim Kunden sicherstellen.
  • Du wirst ein kontinuierliches Chancen- und Risikomanagement sicherstellen.
  • Du wirst bei vertraglichen, terminlichen und leistungsbezogenen Abweichungen vom SOLL verhandeln.
  • Du wirst Experten und zuständige Abteilungen bei kommerziellen und rechtlichen Fragen einbinden.
  • Du wirst regelmäßig zum Projektstatus an die Geschäftsführung berichten.
