We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in our projects, overseeing the commercial aspects and ensuring their success.

• Act as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the project, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop commercial concepts in close collaboration with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Update and implement commercial execution plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage contract and claims processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure project goals are met, driving business growth and profitability.
• Lead negotiations on contractual issues, leveraging expertise to secure favorable terms.
• Report project status to management, providing regular updates and insights.

• Degree in Business Engineering or Economics, with a strong understanding of financial management and commercial operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in large-scale projects, with a proven track record of success.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
• Experience in complex negotiations, with a strong ability to build relationships and secure agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with a hands-on mentality and pioneering spirit.
