Commercial Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial and financial strategies for international wind energy projects
  • Manage commercial and financial forecasting, reporting, and coordination
  • Coordinate with internal and external interfaces to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage cost and asset management on project level
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Handle outgoing invoices to customers and incoming invoices from subcontractors
  • Administer payment securities and issue respective documents
  • Manage insurance and claims
  • Contribute to contractual lessons learned and provide feedback to Sales, Legal, and Tender Management departments

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in commercial project management or similar
  • Experience in the construction industry, ideally wind power, preferred
  • Degree in business administration or similar qualification
  • Experience working with FIDIC Yellow and Silver Book projects preferred
  • Good understanding of financial and commercial processes
  • Ability to develop strategies for cooperation with customers and subcontractors
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in multinational teams
