Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing/Industrial Lead to drive the adoption and sales of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within manufacturing companies. As part of our team at Merantix Momentum, you will leverage our expertise in AI research, development, and implementation to offer cutting-edge solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive client business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and identify potential manufacturing clients who can benefit from AI solutions provided by Merantix Momentum;
- Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their manufacturing challenges, pain points, and strategic objectives;
- Provide consultative guidance on how Merantix Momentum's AI technologies can address these challenges and help them achieve their goals effectively;
- Collaborate closely with the Merantix Momentum technical team to develop customized AI solutions that meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients;
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals and quotations that address client requirements and highlight the value of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions;
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in manufacturing;
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, quality standards, supply chain management, and operational challenges faced by manufacturers;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions to diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
