About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Agile Coach to join our team at Indra Avitech GmbH.

Job Description
  • Schedule Management: Plan, coordinate and track the status of all activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and adhere to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
  • Sprint Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers for Sprint Planning.
  • Deliverables: Ensure deliverables meet project and product requirements and schedule.
  • Change Control: Participate in Change Control Board meetings and report status issues as required.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to defining and deploying new processes, methodologies, technologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Your Profile
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
  • System Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software-intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Agile Transformation: Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
