Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Associate to join our team at The Charles Hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify daily shipments of products.
  • Coordinate and execute all purchasing activities in collaboration with the purchasing manager and department leaders.
  • Manage the issuance of goods and monitor inventory levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas.
  • Assist with stocktaking and preparation for financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data in our inventory management system.
  • Support price analysis and calculations.
  • Act as a representative for the Purchasing Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison for hotel departments.
