About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Founders Associate to join our team at comstruct ICT GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, focusing on reporting and automation to streamline our business processes.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with our finance team to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
  • Human Resources: Contribute to the development and implementation of our human resources strategy, focusing on building a high-performing team of 20-50 employees.
  • Investor Relations: Support our investor relations efforts, particularly in preparation for our upcoming funding round.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong background in finance, recruiting, and hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
