Reservations Sales Agent for Luxury International Hospitality Brands

As a Reservations Sales Agent for International Luxury Hospitality Brands, you will be at the center of this ecosystem, shaping the future of travel by providing exceptional service to our customers. Your key goals and objectives will include establishing relationships with key customers, achieving exceptional performance ratings, and consistently meeting established performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls from various customers and provide information to secure hotel reservations, while assisting with service requests that drive incremental revenue to our member hotels and build customer loyalty.
  • Process reservation requests and service inquiries received via email, following up with customers on a timely basis on special requests, Courtesy Holds, and room/rate requests.
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adhere to all SABRE policies and procedures, ensuring error-free work that minimizes payouts.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and attend Hotel of the Week Presentations.

Requirements & Experiences:

  • Fluency in Italian, French, and English is required.
  • High school education is necessary, with telephone/call center experience and customer service experience being a plus.
  • Hospitality, travel, luxury, and international experience are preferred.
  • Familiarity with using a PC, Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Professional and polished presence, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work any shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on grammar and spelling in a professional manner and culturally acceptable to the end consumer.
