Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to customers and partners for our standard software offerings
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers and partners
  • Perform root cause analysis and devise preliminary solutions
  • Develop FAQ articles, instructional guides, and manage the knowledge repository
Qualifications
  • Completed education or degree in Information Technology
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Proficient in English
