Senior Global Commercial Effectiveness Project Manager

BASF Services Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Commercial Effectiveness Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management of key workstreams and day-to-day activities of the Commercial Hub project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate project governance meetings, including Steerco and workstream status updates, to provide visibility and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework, regularly reviewing and updating risk assessments and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management and Communications team to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide project updates, address concerns, and gather input for decision-making.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the success of Commercial Hub initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing global projects, with a proven track record of leading business and digital transformation projects, preferably in the agriculture or similar industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
