Customer Service Partner / Kundenbetreuer (M/W/D)

As a Customer Service Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients from around the globe. Corporation Service Company manages over 4.5 million domain names worldwide. Your role will involve closely collaborating with a dedicated client portfolio, nurturing and strengthening these relationships. Most importantly, you will be part of a global company that supports our clients and colleagues worldwide.

What you bring:
  • A completed commercial training or a degree, or relevant work experience in a similar field
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • A knack for independent work as well as teamwork
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage your area of responsibility
Your responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and strengthening trusting customer relationships
  • Managing a dedicated client portfolio in the area of online brand protection / domain management
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat support
  • Providing information on industry guidelines and new service offerings
  • Researching and analyzing portfolio data
  • Conducting online customer training
