About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our exceptional team in Germany. As a successful and established Project Manager, you will be adept at managing, overseeing, and delivering multiple projects. You will work closely with our sales team to manage client relationships and implement a fast-paced, cost-effective, and customer-oriented delivery experience to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Initiate projects according to our project management methodology and establish the necessary project documentation and control.
- Ensure projects are delivered within tolerance: time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Establish a test plan according to customer requirements.
- Manage virtual project teams as needed.
- Establish a single point of contact for the customer and agree escalation paths for all stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications during the project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction and regular contact between virtual teams.
- Contribute to bids and tenders, providing project management input to presales support activities.
- Manage project costs, ensuring sales margins are maintained and additional costs are tracked and recovered where possible.
- Generate accurate forecasts for in-house planning and budgeting purposes.
- Understand and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle, delivering against the agreed project revenue plan.
- Agree billing plans with the account management and billing teams.
- Ensure projects meet key milestones before progressing to subsequent delivery stages.
- Implement project controls at the initial project initiation stage, including risk, issue logs, and change control methods.
- Maintain internal systems and reporting tools to reflect the current project state.
- Undertake project debriefs to identify, review, and propose improvements for the project management team, the wider business, and customers.
Profile
- Substantial experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the SaaS or CCaaS sector.
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- The ability to motivate others to deliver.
- Fluent/native German and fluent English language.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Up to €110,000 base with additional bonus.
