Project Manager Opportunity at Apex Elite

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate projects according to established methodologies and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, time, and quality parameters.
  • Manage virtual project teams and establish a single point of contact for customers.
  • Contribute to bids and tenders, and provide project management input to presales support activities.
  • Manage project costs, track additional costs, and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement project controls, including risk, issue logs, and change control methods.
  • Undertake project debriefs to identify improvements and propose changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • Substantial experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the SaaS or CCaaS sector.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline.
  • Fluent/native German and fluent English language.
