Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager Senior to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our cloud communications solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate projects in accordance with our project management methodology and establish the necessary project documentation and control.
- Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality tolerance.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Establish a single point of contact for customers and agree escalation paths for stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to bids and tenders, providing project management input to presales support activities.
- Manage project costs and ensure sales margins are maintained.
- Understand and maintain financial control throughout project lifecycles.
- Substantial experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the SaaS or CCaaS sector.
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline.
- Fluent/native German and fluent English language.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
Up to €110,000 base salary with additional bonus.
