At Flora&Faunavisions GmbH, we're pushing the boundaries of multimedia design. As the Assistant to the Management Board, you'll play a key role in supporting our dynamic team and contributing to the future of our studio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management board in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Liaise with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure smooth communication
* Coordinate and manage the schedules of the management board members
* Contribute to strategy meetings and offer fresh ideas and insights
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation needed by the board
