We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team at AppLike Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction and performance of our user acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze the performance of leading game titles and creative strategies weekly, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop innovative ideas to optimize ad performance, focusing on reducing cost-per-install (CPI) and increasing ad spend efficiency.
- Conduct market research using tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Facebook Ad Library to generate actionable insights.
- Develop comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality ad creation and implementation.
- Track ad performance, conduct A/B testing on app stores, and refine strategies based on data to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of custom product pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Understand and apply creative requirements of different ad networks to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage ROI in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Creatives.
- At least 1 year of experience in creative strategy, with a track record of optimizing ad performance and driving user acquisition, specifically in mobile or hyper-casual games.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies for mobile games, hyper-casual experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance tracking. Proficient in market intelligence tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower).
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for creative challenges.
- Understanding of requirements for iOS and Android app stores and ad networks. Familiarity with visual A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for creating clear creative briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
