Student Enrollment Coordinator

About the Role
EF Education First is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Student Enrollment team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our program quality and delivering an exceptional experience to our students.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with our European recruitment offices and US-based production offices to identify, prepare, interview, and screen prospective students for our Foundation program. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with students and parents through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, while maintaining a professional working relationship across multiple cultures and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the application process to help students become admitted to the program
- Communicate with students and parents on all relevant channels
- Identify, prepare, interview, and screen prospective students for the Foundation program
- Maintain the face of the enrollment process for our customers
- Ensure students are insured and provide a formal orientation before departure
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. You should be able to work independently with a wide range of audiences and manage a high volume of information in a fast-paced work environment. A focus on customer relations and quality results is essential for this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Full business fluency in French and Italian
- Proficiency in English (C1-level)
- Keen sense of organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus
