Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive CRM Strategy: Design and implement a customer-centric CRM strategy that spans the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer advocacy.
  • Optimize Customer Campaigns: Continuously test and refine automated and ad-hoc customer campaigns to improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), repurchase rates, and referrals.
  • Align CRM with Business Goals: Ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with business objectives, reducing discount dependence and enhancing product expertise through targeted communications.
  • Lead and Mentor the CRM Team: Foster collaboration, drive performance, and support professional growth to meet team and individual targets.
  • Analyze Customer Data: Gain insights into customer behaviors and preferences, adjusting strategies to improve engagement in collaboration with data teams.
  • Improve Internal and External Interfaces: Ensure smooth coordination between departments and external partners.
Your Qualifications
  • Extensive CRM Experience: Several years of leadership experience in e-commerce/omni-channel environments.
  • Proven CRM Strategy Development: Ability to develop profitable CRM strategies and programs that meet performance and revenue goals.
  • Campaign Optimization: Track record of building or optimizing campaigns with educational and inspirational content.
  • Email Campaign Expertise: Strong experience with email campaigns following successful lead generation.
  • Marketing Automation: Expertise in marketing automation software for online and offline campaigns.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Customer-centric, data-driven, and agile mindset with deep knowledge of CRM analytics, KPIs, and technical infrastructure.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level).
