Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Product Design Lead to join our Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing thoughtful, beautiful, and useful user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to gain a deeper understanding of our users and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained through launch.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
  • Train and assist more junior team members.
Requirements
  • Visual design expertise demonstrated through mock-ups and style guides.
  • Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to extract complex concepts and quickly turn around rigorous flows and mock-ups.
  • Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.
