Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Product Design Lead to join our Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure design excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
