About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as the Head of UX/UI Design and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and maturity of our UX capabilities across diverse products and services.
  • Foster creativity, innovation, and human-centered design approaches, mentoring and guiding a team of talented UX/UI designers.
  • Shape and implement our UX/UI strategy and vision, ensuring digital experiences are aesthetically outstanding and deeply aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Encourage experimentation and creativity, exploring new design approaches and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Intensive experience in creative and analytical aspects of UX/UI, with a background in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
  • Proven experience in team leading, with a hands-on mentality and ability to guide teams through fast-paced changes.
  • Proven experience in creative and art direction, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively.
  • An impressive portfolio showcases your strategic UX concepts and aesthetic UI design skills.
