Your Tasks - Varied and Future-Oriented

  • Comprehensive facility management and the associated organization of work in the entire infrastructural area (UHR, glass cleaning, tea and conference service, cleaning services, winter service, landscaping)
  • Personnel deployment planning, as well as leadership and coordination of employees and subcontractors
  • Intensive communication as a contact person for clients
  • Control and coordination of the agreed services for quality assurance
  • Creation and maintenance of object-related documentation and reporting
  • Creation of district plans
  • Induction of new employees

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical, commercial, gastronomy or hotel industry
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable function (UHR, glass cleaning, tea and conference service, cleaning services, winter service, landscaping)
  • Experience in employee leadership and excellent customer orientation
  • High service orientation and flexibility
  • Secure communication and friendly appearance
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
  • Good German knowledge in word and writing
  • Class B driving license
